Film: Coca-Cola Dispatches. Venue: The Workshop. Date: Sunnday 23rd November. Time: 7pm.

Political activist and journalist Mark Thomas travels to South America, India and the US to investigate the way in which Coca-Cola and its suppliers operate and the extent to which they upholds moral and ethical obligations.

Thomas, a long-term critic of Coca-Cola's more controversial practices, finds disturbing evidence which undermines its effervescent image as a force for good and which has prompted a global consumer backlash.

Speaker: Dr Andy Higginbottom. Venue: University of East Anglia, Arts 01.02. Date: Thursday 27th November. Time: 7pm.

Member of the executive commitee of the U.K. Colombia Solidarity Campaign, Editor of Frontline Latin America and one of the foremost authorities on human rights in Colombia, Dr Andy Higginbottom will highlight key human rights issues in Colombia including the current cane cutter's strike, indigeneous social movements and critical issues surrounding  Coca-Cola in Colombia.

KillerCoke Funeral Parade : Venue: Norwich City Centre. Date 29th November 2008. Time: TBC.

NLASF.org and the KillerCoke Campaign will be out in Norwich City Centre presenting an awareness raising mock funeral for the murdered Coca-Cola workers, victims of paramilitary violence. further details to be confirmed.

Fairtrade Cola Tasting. Venue: Cafe Marzano in the Forum. Date:TBC. Time: TBC.

NLASF.org in collaboration with Ubuntu Fairtrade Cola and Cafe Marzano will be hosting a fairtrade cola tasting and entertainment. Further details to be confirmed. Watch this space!
